How we add value
After our investment is done, we work closely with our CEOs to build a 100-day-plan. We expect to meet weekly during this period to track our progress. Whether it be hiring talent, scaling sales or raising a new round, our team is always available to our portfolio companies to help as much as we can. Our primary focus / value add often includes:

Step by Step
We move fast. We give you fast nos and real feedback. But we will need you to share a lot of data with us.
Contact
You can either apply from our website our get to us with a warm intro (preferred). Either way, we expect you to share with us your deck/memo and fill a short form beforehand.
First Meeting
If you've done that, you got yourself a meeting. In this 1h meeting, we will know as much as we can about your business, team and ask for detailed SaaS Metrics.
Deep Dive
After reviewing your data, we will either give you a quick pass (with detailed feedback) or start an intensive deep dive, to know your team and your clients.
Offer
If we like what we see and get high conviction, we will present you with a preliminary offer, in very simple terms. We only invest via SAFEs and we can move fast if you can too.
Due Dilligence
In this phase we will go deep into your client contracts, client interviews, talk to as many team members as we can to make sure we covered everything we need before investing.
Closing
If we got here, we're partners now, our SAFE has been signed and money is in your bank account. Now, it's time for us to start working for you.

Our typical check size is $250k for pre seed and $500k for seed startups. We look for companies with initial traction and at least 10 paying clients. We might look earlier, if you're a second time founder or is tackling a problem that we're truly passionate about, but we rarely do idea stage checks.
We always strive to be the first institional capital you'll ever raise. We are high conviction investors, thus our minimum ownership requirement is 10%. This is extremely important for us. If that makes sense, we would like to lead your round and set the terms with you, before going to market. We will provide full support on your fundraising process.
We strive to give you a "pass" answer in a week. But if we're going to invest it will likely take approximately 30 days to get a final decision to invest in your company. We will be extremely close and available to you during the process, and we expect you to make yourself available as well.
For us it's simply about traction. We expect pre-seed startups to have initial revenues and a product that is ready to sell, and showing meaningful acceleration. No expectations on having a sales team set up, or super clear unit economics, yet. We are willing to take that risk. For Seed we expect your company to on a clear path to $1m in annual revenues.
